Our low ’n’ slow pork shoulder is a real crowd pleaser. Offering a more subtle smoky flavour and value-for-money, it’s perfect for feeding the friends and whānau. We love it in Mexican dishes like burritos, enchiladas and tacos, or go the Tex-Mex route and strew it over a plate o’ nachos. We’ve even been known to add it to our Mac ’n’ Cheese.
For the more traditional: serve with a side of veggies and gravy for a super-easy Sunday roast. Need near-instant gratification? Load a burger bun with slaw, fill it full o’ pork and drizzle with Smoke ’n’ Barrel Texas BBQ sauce. Too easy!
