Being a smaller cut, the smoke has time to penetrate deeper into the meat, ultimately balancing out that oft-maligned earthy flavour lamb is known for.
Lamb Meat Bombs will fall apart and melt in your mouth thanks to the high fat content of the meat, making them a great addition to salads, tacos and wraps. Tastes especially excellent with a bright, fresh condiment such as tzatziki or Smoke ’n’ Barrel harissa sauce.
We also love our lamb stirred sparingly through a risotto — all that flavour goes a long way, even in smaller doses.
